Known for her work ethic and multilingual fluency in both Russian and Ukrainian, Kseniya specializes in residential rentals and investment properties. She finds joy in connecting people with spaces that truly fit their lives and goals—whether it’s a cozy home or a smart addition to a portfolio.

When she's not helping clients, Kseniya can be found working out, snowboarding, diving, or exploring Atlanta’s rich restaurant scene—Buford Highway is her favorite spot for global eats. She lives with her husband, two stepchildren—Blake and Carson—and their beloved pets: Carl the dog, and cats Kitty, Poncho, and Dobby.

A proud supporter of the Humane Society of Forsyth County and the Gainesville Botanical Garden, Kseniya is passionate about animals and community connection. She's also known for her adventurous side—riding a Onewheel and playing a competitive game of poker when she has the chance.
